The Transfer Window is a free recruitment board for EA FC 26 Pro Clubs. Clubs post the positions they need; players post what they play and when they're online. Every record on it is read from EA's servers rather than typed in, so you can see a player's real games played, average rating and win rate before you get in touch.
Each player receives a match rating between 1.0 and 10.0 based on their in-game performance. This factors in goals, assists, passes completed, tackles won, interceptions, and other position-specific actions. A rating above 7.0 is considered good, while 8.0+ indicates a dominant performance.
Your club's skill rating is an EA-calculated number that reflects your competitive level. It goes up when you beat higher-rated teams and down when you lose to lower-rated ones. Think of it as your club's Elo rating — the higher, the better.
Pro Clubs uses a division system from Division 10 (lowest) to Division 1 (highest). Win enough games in a season to earn promotion, but too many losses can mean relegation. Your best division is tracked as a career milestone.
Form shows your recent results at a glance — wins, draws, and losses over your last matches. Streaks track your best consecutive run of wins and your longest unbeaten stretch, helping you identify when your club is at its peak.
A win rate above 60% puts you in strong territory. If you're below 50%, look at your goals against — defensive issues are often the biggest factor holding clubs back from climbing divisions.
Tracking goals scored per game helps identify if your attack is productive enough. Top clubs typically average 2.5+ goals per game. If you're below 2.0, consider adjusting your formation or playing style.
Use the Head to Head comparison tool to see how your club stacks up against rivals. Identifying where you fall short — whether it's skill rating, win rate, or goal difference — can help focus your improvement.
